Key Responsibilities Technology Delivery
Lead the successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and define delivery plans.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve business goals.
Site Leadership
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mangalore development center.
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across functions.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and employee-centric work environment.
Partner with HR and leadership teams on recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and workplace standards.
Represent the Mangalore site in leadership discussions and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10+ years of overall experience
3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in leading software development or engineering delivery teams.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated expertise in project/program delivery methodologies.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and operational management.

Proficiency in project management and productivity tools.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery frameworks.
Experience in setting up and scaling delivery teams or development centers.
