Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using AI-assisted development methodologies.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools for coding, testing, documentation, and development productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and establish development standards and best practices.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts using emerging AI technologies.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
Mentor and guide developers in adopting AI-assisted development practices effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and intelligent workflows.
Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Stay updated with advancements in AI, software engineering tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience
in software development, with exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Experience working with modern software development frameworks and technologies.
Relevant certifications in AI, cloud platforms, or software development will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude code, Cursor, or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Experience with REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence.
Preferred Experience
Experience in integrating Generative AI capabilities into software solutions.
Exposure to machine learning frameworks and AI model deployment.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with DevOps practices.
