Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative and strategic *Software Platform Designer* to architect and define the vision of our software platforms This role focuses on designing the core experience, structure, and evolution of software ecosystems to ensure they are user-friendly, extensible, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the high-level architecture and design strategy of software platforms.
Translate technical and user requirements into platform concepts, workflows, and system models
Guide technical decisions by evaluating trade-offs and aligning with long-term platform goals.
Ensure design scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
Ability to conceptualize and articulate system-level design decisions.
Required Skills:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and usability.-mandatory
Create platform design documentation including diagrams, specifications, and user journeys-mandatory
Proven experience in designing software architectures, platforms, or ecosystems.
Strong grasp of software development lifecycles and design methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with platform-as-a-service (PaaS) or developer tool ecosystems.
Background in user-centered design or human-computer interaction (HCI).
Experience with modeling tools (e.g., UML, SysML, or similar).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
10- 14+ Years of relevant Experience.
