Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions.
Arrange travel bookings and related logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Handle emails, calls, and professional communications on behalf of leadership.
Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Good planning and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban..
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 1+ year of experience Executive Assistant
